How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7-14 days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. Every order comes with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If Shine Record doesn't earn its spot in your kit, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

Does the camera work with my phone?
Yes. Pair the buds with your phone over Bluetooth for music and calls. To get your footage off, connect through the companion app or plug the buds into a computer with USB-C and drag your clips over. Works with iPhone and Android.
Is the video stored on the buds?
Yes. Clips save straight to the built-in memory on the buds, so your phone can stay in the truck while you work. Offload them when the job's done and you're ready to post.
Can I wear them while foaming or pressure washing?
Yes. They're IP56 rated against sweat, splash, foam mist and dust, so a normal wash day is no problem. Just don't spray them directly with the pressure washer or submerge them. Give them a quick wipe with a microfiber when you're done.
Will they fit with a hat or glasses?
The open-ear hooks sit over your ear and the band sits low behind your head, so they work with most caps, beanies, sunglasses and safety glasses.
